Reconstruction theorem for monoid schemes

چکیده
We aim to reconstruct a monoid scheme X from the category of quasi-coherent sheaves over it. This is much in vein Gabriel's original reconstruction theorem. Under some finiteness condition on schemes X, we show that localisations topos Qc(X) are one-to-one correspondence with open subsets while elements correspond points Qc(X). allows us

TORIC VARIETIES, MONOID SCHEMES AND cdh DESCENT
We give conditions for the Mayer-Vietoris property to hold for the algebraic K-theory of blow-up squares of toric varieties and schemes, using the theory of monoid schemes. These conditions are used to relate algebraic K-theory to topological cyclic homology in characteristic p. To achieve our goals, we develop many notions for monoid schemes based on classical algebraic geometry, such as separ...
متن کاملAn Algorithm for the Quillen-suslin Theorem for Monoid Rings
Let k be a field, and let M be a commutative, seminormal, finitely generated monoid, which is torsionfree, cancellative, and has no nontrivial units. J. Gubeladze proved that finitely generated projective modules over kM are free. This paper contains an algorithm for finding a free basis for a finitely generated projective module over kM . As applications one obtains alternative algorithms for ...
متن کاملMnëv’s Universality Theorem for Schemes
We prove a scheme-theoretic version of Mnëv’s Universality Theorem, suitable to be used in the proof of Murphy’s Law in Algebraic Geometry [Va, Main Thm. 1.1]. Somewhat more precisely, we show that any singularity type of finite type over Z appears on some incidence scheme of points and lines, subject to some particular further constraints. This paper is dedicated to Joe Harris on the occasion ...
متن کاملPicard Groups and Class Groups of Monoid Schemes
We define and study the Picard group of a monoid scheme and the class group of a normal monoid scheme. To do so, we develop some ideal theory for (pointed abelian) noetherian monoids, including primary decomposition and discrete valuations. The normalization of a monoid turns out to be a monoid scheme, but not always a monoid.
متن کاملDetection Theorem for Finite Group Schemes
The classical detection theorem for finite groups (due to D. Quillen [Q] and B. Venkov [Q-V]) tells that if π is a finite group and Λ is a Z/p[π]-algebra then a cohomology class z ∈ H(π,Λ) is nilpotent iff for every elementary abelian psubgroup i : π0 →֒ π the restriction i (z) ∈ H(π0,Λ) of z to π0 is nilpotent. This theorem is very useful for the identification of the support variety of the gro...
